LAHORE: The prime suspect in the Ameer Balaj Tipu murder case has been killed by his own accomplices in Lahore on Friday, ARY News reported citing police.
In the Ameer Balaj murder case, Ahsan Shah, the prime suspect, was reportedly killed during an alleged encounter orchestrated by his accomplices. Ahsan Shah, who was believed to have provided key information about Balaj’s whereabouts leading to the murder, was in police custody when the incident occurred.
According to reports, while Ahsan Shah was being taken for identification by the police, his brother and other unknown accomplices attempted to rescue him by attacking the police. During this confrontation, Ahsan Shah was injured, allegedly by his own accomplices, and later died from his injuries at the hospital.
This case has added another layer of complexity to an already high-profile investigation, with ongoing efforts by the authorities to apprehend all those involved.
